Appearance: Steel dragon, something along the lines of this guy. As a steel dragon, he of course had a human form he spent some quality time in, which looked like this. (Picrew link)

His hobby was people watching and making conversation with new folks of all walks of life. The more he learned of the people in the world, the better he would be at his job. CR Interests: As the blurb says, Yarrow was a real friendly guy who would talk with anyone and everyone. So it's easy to justify him having at least had a passing conversation with any given dragon.

But I think it would be especially fun if there was a dragon he'd investigated and/or arrested at some point about.
