NO FUN GRAPHIC BECAUSE I CAN'T MAKE THEM
SO. We've mostly been here two and a half months now!
Enough time to establish some routines!! It's a small Town, chances are high everyone encounters most of everyone else on a routine basis at least in casual passing, so let's see it! This is for stuff that any casual observer might notice easily.

Daily Routine: Sephiroth is almost rigidly unbending in what he does on a daily basis, deviation is more noteworthy than sticking to it. Every four days he follows his trapline through nearby forests, collecting all manner of small critters. Every morning he turns up in town about 8 AM, acquires fountain water, acquires Snax, and heads off into a carefully gutted house on the outskirts of Town for a relentless exercise routine. The location of this building is no mystery since he turns up there on the daily. Every other day is spent hunting (live) fish and aquatic plants to shove into his pond. Weekends are for Quests. Thursdays and Fridays are spent after Exercise, working a remarkable number of leather type products in the same building he does most of his exercising in. His efforts to negotiate in town for supplies for this are regular.
Obvious Habits And Personality: While very polite for the most part, he can and will quickly turn surly if he feels slighted or heaven forbid someone tries to touch him. He is a well known walking black hole for food, and can be coaxed into most things with the right application of Delicious Noms, even if he grumbles and snaps about it. He makes the townsfolk uneasy, and is adapting quickly to using this as a way to leverage what he wants - by way of getting rid of him quicker.
Public handling of Changes: He isn't. He hides everything he can as often as he can, even when it's his large ungainly currently featherless wing arms. Currently wearing a poncho made out of a small blanket everywhere to hide things. He has obvious horns, the velvet is beginning to come off and looks icky. Sharp claws, the beginnings of a tail he tries to keep hidden. His scales look black in anything but strong light, as soon as it's bright enough it's obvious he's green.
Anything Else: He still doesn't have a shadow. He hasn't noticed, but it's why he makes natives a bit uneasy and not his general alienness the way he thinks.
BONUS ROUND: Sephrioth regularly uses firewood gathering and chopping as a form of exercise. He is a well known and regular source of having bundles of wood for anyone who needs it, on hand to take home.
RP avenues: Need firewood? Have noms and a task that needs doing? Wanna use his workout house? BOTHER HIM.

If Popp figures out he's got big plans for live fish he'll bring him some intermittently, and tease him about wanting to eat live fish (under the initial impression that Sephiroth wouldn't actually eat a live fish) Usually your basic trout, once a large catfish that had mistaken his tail for a delicious eel.

Bucky-slash-Ivan
What's their daily public routine like?: Morning patrol. Construction work if there is any. Helps out at Angeal's bakery in the morning if there's no construction work. Lunchtime patrol. Mission or more construction work in the afternoon. Evening patrol. Checking his snares and watch points around sunset. Then he disappears into his little house.
What would a casual observer know of their habits and personality?: He is quiet, awkward, and heavily routine-driven, but generally well-meaning. He doesn't understand a lot of points of social behavior, or general "this is how you person" things, but he does clearly prefer to be around people than to be alone. He just might not say much of anything to anyone and never makes eye contact.
How are they publicly handling their changes?: By ignoring them. His tail is held very carefully still (though if it's lashing it's a sure sign he's agitated), he ducks as needed through doorways to not bump his horns, and he treats his now-brass and slightly spiky metal arm as he always treated the old titanium one. No wings yet, still, but we'll get there.
Anything else you'd like easily known?: He has yet to complete a full shopping trip and only sort of knows how to cook anyway, so most of his food is donated or served to him, or else collected directly from the woods. Someone help this man.

And yeah he's pretty open about his snares. He'll gladly coordinate. Or share his catches if Sephorith would like to do that. Meet over a campfire once a week or so.

But he knows how to peel a vegetable!! And if it seems beneficial can acquire things besides meat on a fire to offer in trade. totally not making some vague attempt at seeing if he can get this poor bastard to a better nutritional standard. Where's nutrient loaf when you need it. :(

Avan will also try to get Ivan to eat with them every day if he can get away with it. Because obviously the best way to make sure that Ivan eats properly is to feed him himself. You might think this is not Avan's responsibility, but Avan would disagree.

I'd love to say these two have been running into each other periodically - perhaps initially starting out with the Classic Manly Nod and now growing into exchanging a few words? Kanskje can only stay quiet for so long, lmao. I'm planning on setting up an open log over the next few days for the new year so, if you're still up for it, we could throw them together then!

I'm 90000% for the idea that Ardyn found the campsite and like, perhaps Kanskje got back one afternoon and Ardyn was just There?? We could handwave that they've had a little small talk / chats about their travels, and it'd definitely be on brand for Kanskje to invite him to share the camp if they're up late! Sleeping under the stars is good for the soul okay \o/
I'm going to be whipping up an open log soon with a campsite prompt so iif you like we could get the ball rolling on something then!

What's their daily public routine like?: Avan lives in the northwest part of town with Popp. His day begins in the extreme early hours of the morning, as he sneaks out to the woods for some private combat practice. He finishes and returns to town before the sun is up, and if anybody spots him and asks him what he was doing in the woods in the dark, he claims that he was bug hunting, which he can corroborate with sketches of some cool moths. He took a sword with him just in case, you know how it is~ On his way back home, he usually stops by the market to pick up fresh ingredients to make breakfast with.
After cleaning up and making/having breakfast, his day's a lot more flexible and also swordless. He keeps himself busy, but the details vary from day to day. He visits the market a lot, to get groceries or other supplies for his sewing or whatever other little craft project he's decided to tackle now. He visits Charlie's office to borrow/return books fairly frequently. He chatters with the locals a lot and does little favors for them often. Visits Angeal's bakery maybe about once a week but mostly does his own somewhat excessive amounts of baking. It is not uncommon for him to randomly give someone a little bag full of cookies.
He takes paths through town that avoid going near Gaia's house since she got all weird about him managing to figure out which one was hers. (He asked someone where she lives, it was very difficult.)
What would a casual observer know of their habits and personality?: It's very easy to get the impression that he's a bright and cheerful lad with a lot of energy. A more careful observer might notice a suspicious lack of opportunities to get any deeper an impression of him than that.
How are they publicly handling their changes?: He seems to be doing okay with them! He also doesn't seem to have all that much to contend with? His scales are all under his clothes, and with the cold weather, he's wearing a fur-lined cloak most of the time, which means all there is to see of his wings and tail as they're growing in is some weird lumps in the cloak. So the only easily noticed change would be his horns--large and ramlike, starting behind his bangs and circling back over the sides of his head. He'll mention other things like his acid breath if it comes up naturally, but he won't complain about anything unprompted.
Anything else you'd like easily known?: Unless he is directly told not to, Avan will address adults as Mr. or Miss. Getting a self-introduction out of him is pretty easy; whether he includes his full name or just sticks with "Avan" is based on the vibes he's getting from the conversation in terms of formality, but he makes no secret about his family name.
His public offer to handle tailoring needs remains fully open.

What's their daily public routine like?:
Popp tends to sleep in until late morning, and does his magic practice out in the woods or some of the fallow fields once he's actually up. He's not particularly secretive and he's experimenting with loud flashy giant fireball and ice storm types of magic on the regular.
He'll sometimes go into town for lunch and to run various errands for the NPCs, and sometimes wander around the woods or do more magic practice, or hole up in the library going through what's on offer. He doesn't like doing the same thing every single day and also requires fun social time with friends, so he'll pop in and visit or drag other people into activities. Mostly productive tasks that would be boring alone, gathering nuts and fishing and so on.
What would a casual observer know of their habits and personality?:
Outgoing, friendly, casual to the point of being rude. Highly dramatic, prone to speaking his mind and sometimes screaming it.
How are they publicly handling their changes?:
Top to bottom: Swept back horns. Bright green scales over his forehead, the bridge of his nose, and cheeks. Ears are getting a little finny. Paralysis breath. A pair of classic bat style wings coming out of his shoulder blades and another from his hips. His outfit's tailored to accommodate them. A long thin tail.
He sometimes does little test flights with the wings (he's never seen in the air without a faint magical glow around him. He can't actually fly), and has shut his tail in a door more than once.
He complains over various surface level inconveniences (the wings lose heat too easily, the fin ears look dumb with his headband, the tail gets in the way), but aside from a spate of broodiness when the poison showed up overall seems pretty upbeat about the whole business.
Anything else you'd like easily known?:
CR gossip is the best gossip.
He lives with Avan de Zinuar III and while Popp's gotten much less overtly clingy than he was upon arrival, they seem to be fast friends.
He talks with a lot of respect about both Elidibus and Charlie, is easily spooked by Emet-Sech, and has often described Rosie as the hottest woman in Town.

He doesn't know what to do with Ingredients, he'll give just about anything of that sort he turns up to Avan or Angeal or whatever NPCs we have that run the equivalent of a tavern or diner.
Gaia | FFXIV
What's their daily public routine like?:
In the leadup to winter, she might have been seen people-watching with Sephiroth while enjoying a small snack but this has tapered off as winter makes tasks harder and the transformations have become more awkward and painful.Especially as winter started, she was also seen here and there going to help Sephiroth with trap lines and also check her own setup, which she learned how to do. Teamwork makes the work easier right? Gaia is also seen around town either obtaining things from the market or trading chores and goods for lessons in How To Do Things. She will favor a shop that deals in writing supplies. She probably goes to Angeal's bakery for baked goods.
While sometimes she gets help, she'd also be seen in the yard of her home doing her own chores such as woodcutting, hauling the wood in, so on and so forth. But she's never been afraid to ask for help on things she can't do alone or doesn't know how to do. Same with learning how to do it herself.
What would a casual observer know of their habits and personality?:
Gaia has the distinct air of 'city girl' or even 'rich girl' though it's equally clear she's determined to learn how to pull her weight and doesn't mind rolling up her sleeves. So expect some grumbling, maybe a remark about 'gross' before she gets going on some newly learned task. Give her a few more months and the grumbles will only come from someone judging her for how she looks like she would react!She definitely comes off as 'forthright' and 'candid', sometimes to the point of acerbic. She is not afraid to stand her ground whether for herself or others. She does seem self-aware enough of her demeanor and if she truly goes too far and realizes it, will have the grace to apologize. Gaia is probably in good standing with many of the native residents because she's attentive, learns well and comes through on tasks she's promised to handle. But the people that she's close to are probably still counted on one hand.
While she's having to deal with fashion and other things that aren't completely her style, Gaia does definitely have a sense for what works for her and takes care to look her best with what she has to work with.
How are they publicly handling their changes?:
She's toughing through them. Anyone who has any insight into body language would probably know that by December she's in some serious pain (thankfully she has a nectar cup from the Fae Festival to help) but she's plowing through it like the tough girl she is to get jobs done.Sure there might be days where she's not seen; maybe to cope with a new major change or pain that it would be stupid to get up and go plunging through snow over just for the sake of pride, but she will respond to checkups over the stone.
Her changes are only hidden because it's winter and her clothes cover a lot of skin; scales have shown an exponential growth and reached her face and her legs are transitioning from their human arrangement to a digitigrade stance. She also has a tail and small but growing wings that she doesn't hide.
Anything else you'd like easily known?:
Gaia doesn't particularly like to be questioned about 'how are you handling the changes or how are you dealing with becoming a dragon' type questions especially right now. She's very prickly about that.She would absolutely go for lessons from fellow summoned on self-sustaining skills like expanding her cooking repertoire, bettering her sewing, preparing for gardening in the spring and hunting/trapping and just about anything else that'll be useful to know for their new life in this world. Whether you want to handwave or scene some stuff, please feel free to HMU!
Ignis Scientia ➺ Final Fantasy 15 (Brotherhood) ➺ CRAU (Amani)
Daily Routine: Ignis Scientia is basically as reliable as clockwork, despite no clock being around. He starts up the fire early in the morning (so observers can see the smoke start up from the XV chimney), prepares breakfast for a large household, and can be seen tidying up the outside of the house before heading out to the market with Ravus in tow as they get things for the rest of the day and then tomorrow with any luck.
This is the most often that Ignis is likely to be seen, especially as winter gets to be more itself!
By noon, he generally has lunch ready for his group, and then he spends his afternoon doing whatever chores may need doing. People will likely see him bustling around over at his house generally speaking, sometimes doing outdoors chores if one of the others isn't. A very domestic life!
When he needs to do other things, he's flexible, but making sure food is on the table back home is what never changes, just like his wake up time.
Habits and Personality: Ignis is a quiet, serious young man at first glance. And it's totally fine if people keep thinking that he is only that! Due to his obvious dometic-oriented homebody lifestyle, people may not see him past that for a while. He's also rather reserved and self-sufficient, which only reinforces this.
However, he did have something of a coffee habit before getting dragged into this mess... And so that, combined with his lizard changes, has made him somewhat sluggish and terse in the mornings even as he somehow still wakes up at the same time. He'll... usually apologize if he's particularly bad to someone in the morning.
Changes: Prior to December start, Ignis acted like he fully had this under control despite his obvious claws (hands at first, and then raptor feet) making things a little difficult. Since he's grown in his wings, however, he's become even MORE of a homebody, and people are free to notice that he basically directs Ravus in picking up specific groceries rather than investigating things by hand himself. He's also always draped in a heavy fur cloak when he goes out, since his wings mean more insulated shirts are a no-go for now.
Anything Else:
Ignis killed Ardyn Izunia in record time! That particular bit may only be as known if people talk to Ardyn and how loud he is about it. Alternatively, maybe you were there the day that Ignis was shopping in the market and Ardyn saw him and immediately tried to lunge for him, causing a ruckus as Ignis avoided him and then Charlie got involved. Whops!

It actually occurred to me to have the idea of Ignis practicing with Ivan to Git Gud in more combat. (Ignis is already fairly decent, but Must Get Better) Could be a neat way for Ivan to learn how to adjust to Not Violence by.... doing a little Less Violence by way of sparring?

Mithrun | Dungeon Meshi [Amani CRAU]
Daily Routine: Mithrun lives with the Crisis Core crew, and sticks to a pretty consistent routine. ...Most of the time.
He gets up when Angeal does, goes to work at the bakery, leaves when Angeal does, and eats at the same times each day. He can also be found sparring with his housemates (or whoever may want to fight him), probably somewhere with a lot of open space so as not to cause injury or property damage with their bullshit. He will also sometimes go with for errands and so forth. Around once a month, he will go with Angeal to meet up with Emet-Selch for a Soul Check.
...Also, sometimes, he may wander off. He tends to get very lost on his own, and could end up... basically anywhere. Abandoned buildings, outside other newcomers' houses, among livestock, anywhere. He doesn't do it on purpose, but if he's on his own there's just no telling where he'll end up.
Obvious Habits and Personality: Mithrun usually doesn't talk much, can be blunt to the point of rudeness, and often seems either completely checked out or focused entirely on One Thing (he gets REAL into his work at the bakery) to the exclusion of all else. The exception to "not talking much" is that, if brought to a topic he's knowledgeable about, he can go for quite a while.
He is very much a weird little guy, and can be kind of offputting in his alternating intensity and lack of focus. This is part of why he usually isn't tasked with customer interaction at the bakery.
Additionally, for anyone who may notice, Mithrun's posture and physical mannerisms can be quite stiff and generally reek of a military-or-adjacent background. Stanced up at all times.
Public handling of Changes: By and large he ignores them... with notable exceptions. Despite his scales no longer really itching, he can sometimes be caught scratching compulsively at them and his wings with his claws, often to the point of drawing blood. Thankfully, he is very careful not to do this at the bakery. He can occasionally be heard snapping at Molik under his breath. The man does not like his dragon buddy.
Anything Else: He's very close with Angeal, Genesis, and Big Sephiroth; in particular, Genesis and especially Angeal can be quite tactile with him, and... look, it is not hard to guess by watching and listening to them (unless you're Popp) that he and Angeal are Involved. While he isn't dating Angeal's other partners, one could easily get that impression from... how they are.
He's also hangs out quite a bit with Elidibus, and has been spending more time recently with Byleth. He kind of really obviously wants to hang out with Rosie more, but is a bit awkward about it after some early hiccups.
Bonus Round: Spar with him, ask him why the hell he's wandering around outside your house like he's lost (he is), have an awkward interaction with him at the bakery, ask him invasive questions about his prosthetic eye/fucked up ears/comparatively enormous boyfriend if your character would be the type, whatever!! Go for it!!

Elidibus | Final Fantasy XIV
What's their daily public routine like?: If he has a routine, it is almost impossible to track it. Not for a lack of structure, but because he seems to be everywhere, all of the time, doing everything one can think of. He routinely works in the bakery and has made it a point to visit with Charlie often and do whatever tasks are asked of him - no matter how small. Yes that includes cooking meals for him and giving treats. Other daily tasks: Foraging and gathering wood? Yes. Cooking and assisting in upkeep with others? Yes. Sparring and physical activities as well as exercising his magical abilities? Yes. If he's offered anyone any sort of instruction he WILL be following through on that in spades. Elidibus is all over Town at all hours of the day on any given day, busying himself almost down to every minute and absolutely filling his days with a variety of tasks. He finds time for every person he's in a relationship with (or a budding one) as well as trying to further his bonds and befriend others. He's always watching and learning, every day.
What would a casual observer know of their habits and personality?: The immediate impression is generally one of 'what doesn't this man do? He has fingers in so many pies (all that life experience). At first glance he appears almost always polite and in a good mood, eager to talk about any topic and share from his vast wealth of experience. There is a sincerity and intensity to him that never turns off, though it is tempered by tact, but an easy smile or a bit of mischief is pretty common to see. He can takes time almost every day to play his piano either in his own house or in the Town at large, so piano music tends to reveal his location for those looking for him. He wants to help, and offers of himself constantly. Also, he'll agree to something if it's a new experience pretty quickly.
How are they publicly handling their changes?: If anyone's changes can be considered 'graceful' as far as the public can tell, it is Elidibus. The fur, feathers, and scales seem to suit him the more and more that they appear. His eyes are more striking, if anything, retaining their color and pattern but gaining an intensity on top of what he already had. He has adjusted his clothing to allow for his wings to be free behind him and holds them as if he's always had them (because he has, as some will know). His tail is kept beneath his robes and out of sight for the most part, but can be glimpsed during large amounts of movement. When he's sparring or training physically if he removes the robe entirely and is just in his pants and shirt or topless, all of the changes can be seen in full view.
Anything else you'd like easily known?: He's developed some really good salve that has magic baked in to it that helps with some of the worse bits of the changes. He offers that and any other products from his various professions throughout the years. Also, he can and will take up almost anyone for sparring if they offer.
Bonus: This guy would be on a one-man crusade to better the lives of everyone in town, outsider or NPC. Firewood, magic use, warmth, food... he will help with it all. For those who really know him, there's a lack of true 'relaxation' to him. It's subtle, but there. Like he's constantly on alert for... something. He doesn't bring it up himself though - but is always observing, always memorizing.
Does he seem a little stretched thin? No, he doesn't. Trust him, he's fine. Please hit him up for anything you can think of and he'll agree immediately. Does it matter that he has less than his original stamina? Not to him. Even those close to him will be hard-pressed to see that.

It could be different kinds of snow. Like the amount of astral/umbral polarity makes it more powder or more thick and wet/packing. They immediately get into it because: what is the optimal polarity for snowballs.

I think at least once Popp would have gotten so into pushing the limits of what he can do and testing out variants that he ran clean out of magic and energy and collapsed - this happens to him in canon a lot and while he's usually game to push through, he'd trust Elidibus enough to just straight up fall asleep. He is kind of childish when he's not in a position where other people are relying on him.
