So this is a meme dedicated for that purpose! Yarrow was a detective, so it seems likely that Sveargith could have been a frequent information source for him.

Friendly nosy dragon meets friendly nosy dragon! The only tricky part would be getting Sveargith to part with his knowledge lmao - man allergic to giving upfront answers. Information hoards best hoards. But he'd also be the kind to cheerfully invite Yarrow over at a certain tim on a certain day to have drinks ("Honey whiskey really hits the spot at lunch!") and then it's to people watch the exact people he might need to watch, so long as he's paying attention.
